Group Bernaerts is a Belgian property company. We develop, build, rent, and sell commercial property in and around Brussels, Ghent, and Antwerp. With a diverse portfolio, we have been a valuable player and benchmark in the sector for years. We are a family business, and are unique in having a lean organizational structure that means we can work efficiently. Our overheads are limited and our communication lines are short. Group Bernaerts consciously opts to construct multi-purpose buildings \u2013 both commercial and semi-industrial \u2013 on strategic sites in the wider region.
